 "Making the decision to begin the home-buying process can be just as exciting as it is scary.  Especially if you were a first-time home buyer like myself and my fiance were.  Knowing that it could be a stressful process, we knew that we had to find a Realtor that would be easy to work with while always looking to fight for us and lead us to the best fit property options available. 

I knew Gabrielle for many years.  She was always a very honest person and a pleasure to talk to and be around.  She always had a friendly and welcoming energy.  With our history of friendship and her "always willing to help" attitude, it was an easy decision to contact her.  I knew she would be a good fit for what we were looking for in a Realtor but even then I was blown away by her ability to go far and beyond just being a good fit, she was perfect. 

Gabrielle's had a great amount of knowledge of the market and the area.  When we described to her what we were looking for she immediately sent us emails and information for home listings that matched our wants.  She was a great listener and looked for everything, down to the smallest detail, in her searches.  Even after making the decision to look at new builds, Gabrielle was very helpful in giving us the information we needed to look into to see if it was right for us.  She was always available for our questions and always quick to respond to emails and text messages, no matter how early or late it was.  She made sure we always had all the information and answers that we needed along the process..  This built an amazing trust in which we knew she always had our best interest in mind.

Gabrielle is a problem solver.  She always had great suggestions and solutions for any issues that arose during the process, putting us at ease whenever we began to feel stress or were unsure of our next move.  Any time we ran into issues with the home-builder or sales associate, Gabrielle was always available to contact them and get the issue taken care of or fixed right away.  She was always professional in her responses and made sure to include us in the emails so that we knew all the information and communication that was going on between all involved parties.  We never felt out of the loop or like we were blind to what was happening behind the scenes in our process.  She was always willing to fight for us, in every situation.  She was not afraid to let it be known that her clients are not satisfied and that our satisfaction was important and needed to be met.  Our happiness and putting our minds at ease ALWAYS came first to her and she never made us feel otherwise.

Overall, Gabrielle proved that above all else she had our backs the whole time.  She was amazing.  Even though I have known her for years I can tell you that she would do the same for anyone.  She is very easy to work with and an absolute pleasure to be around.  She will fight day and night to make sure that you are satisfied and feel at ease during the home-buying process.  She will always communicate every detail and make sure that you understand every document you are signing before you sign. Seeing her excitement and smile when we got our keys is just further proof that she cares about her clients and finding them the home that is right for them.  I am a very happy new home owner and I owe it all to the easy and stress free process that Gabrielle led us through.  I will always recommend her to everybody and I can say from experience, that Gabrielle IS the Realtor you are looking for!"
